Every time I see an ad for Raymour and Flanigan, I get extremely angry because of my experience working at this location. Our pay was entirely based on commission, and one of the employees at this location was taking my sales from me, essentially stealing my money, and lying to management about it. If they're willing to steal money from their co-workers, do you really think they'll be honest with their customers?

I was overly satisfied with her showmanship towards delivering outstanding service to me as her customer. Everyone wears mask, except the women behind the glass at customer service. The few times that I've visited the store, it was never crowded.
Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
Our Raymour & Flanigan delivery team will not move your existing furniture. For a timely and safe delivery, please make sure your room is ready.
For delivery within our guaranteed 3-Day or Less Delivery Zone & Extended-Local Delivery Area your furniture will be delivered by a Raymour & Flanigan Delivery Team. First, they'll open and inspect your items prior to delivery to make sure they meet our high quality standards. Then, they'll set up and assemble your furniture in your room of choice.

We will only remove your old mattress and box spring with the purchase of a new mattress and box spring set. For other furniture removal, we suggest contacting a local charity or rescue mission. Raymour & Flanigan delivery professionals reserve the right to refuse any old bedding deemed unsanitary.
