Jessica welcomed us as soon as we walked in, immediately asked us what and were looking for and found it for us. We have never had a bad interaction at the store. Update: apparently my 5 year warranty doesn’t cover any stains and/or repairs like our sales associate told us. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN STORE! The online price is much more cheaper than the price in store . You can always browse all the products in store and get all the info you need. Then search on their website!!!

I loved Ashley furniture but normally I would get thru third party. First time going directly to Ashley and it was a great experience. No sales person pushing you. Jessica was helpful and friendly. Showroom has alot of selections too.
