I was contacted to submit documents for a lottery apartment. I submitted the documents and I have not heard anything in over a month. I have emailed them multiple times to check the status and nothing. I do not like submitting my personal documents and information and not hearing anything back. I have worked with other lottery management companies and they will usually respond at least to tell you the file Is still being review or whatever maybe happening.
