All i know the food is excellent. I never took a class. But im sure the help desk will inform you. They are very fair and professional. Glad they bringing excellent to the neighborhood. Ase'
Very healthy food and delicious. The best beets and carrot cake is to die for.
I believe they don't open on weekends becasue they are a nonprofit organization. Let's see what they say when they respond. They do have a restaurant, but it's not owned by an owner really. So, like most other nonprofit organizations, they close on weekends, unless there is a special event. I wish they were open on weekends too, but I deal with that and try to catch them during the week when I have time.
