Worst customer service ever! I called on a Thursday and left a message to get a call back but never got one. After the holiday (July 4th) I called again on Tuesday and left another message. I got a called back (I believe her name was Ashley) and was told that they were booked the rest of the week. I asked if I can come in next week and she said eyes usually can go from bad to worst. And that was it. No other information, no other suggestions.. just that, she didn’t even say another word after that. I was like… okay… thank you?? I guess I need to call another vet even though my other two dogs go here? Or call an emergency room? I have no clue what that meant. Thanks for no help at all. I can I understand if they are busy and I can’t get in… but would have appreciated some type of guidance. Had to look up another vet clinic/hospital.
