If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. The police at the entrance were very courteous. HOWEVER, I just had to drive 3 hours across state lines to attend a mandatory in person pre-trial conference, with the outcome being a virtual trial in the future. If the trials are virtual, why wouldn't the pre trial be as well? Their process for traffic violations during the COVID pandemic is horrendous. Not only a waste of time but risk of exposure. Terrible.

You need to look in the jurisdiction where you received the ticket. If it was White Plains then you need to call that court. If you were expected to take care of the ticket in White Plains then they should have record of your ticket. Call the White Plains local court. I don't know why you would be sent to New Rochelle.
