There are no private rooms and cell phone comes after you reach a certain point in the program
LaGuardia is in NYC no? Lufthansa or Kennedy is on the van wyck. And that's nearly a half hour with traffic
Yes after certain requirements are met. Then they will be checked into. Staff will tell you who is and isn't allowed to the facilities.
