I am not convinced they take good care of the people who live here. If you walk past this place and in the neighborhood, you start to piece together that some of the residents look like homeless people meandering around asking for money. Not only that, some of them are obviously disabled physically/mentally. For instance, there is an older guy with a deformed hand who regularly begs near the 74th street station. You can also see the residents sitting in the little concrete courtyard next to the front entrance. Very hopeless eyes and expressions. For a place whose website says their "shared vision is centered in a commitment to provide every resident with a highly specialized program and a comprehensive approach designed to meet the medical, emotional, social, and psychological needs of their residents, and recognize the importance of these individuals’ re-integration in the community", what my eyes have seen says otherwise.

I see people sometimes in winter without coats or shoes. They donot were their masks during pandemic. One staff member I was so shocked was screaming and cursing out a client staff is not helping nor watching their clients something is wrong with this place.

This place is not good for the elderly care. Too many elderly people outside acting rowdy, screaming out their lungs and arguing in the early morning and also late at night. Do not seem like a good place that take good care of the elderly. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. It looks like a rehab center for the homeless.

This is a horrible place do not put a family member there, today I witness how two elderly people passed out at 10:30 pm and me and my husband quickly ran to the to make sure they were ok, I proceeded to.go inside and let the person in the front desk know , she was laughing and said I am in the phone in 911 with a smile. After that she came outside still smiling at the two elderly people on thw floor one of them was actually bleeding because she hit her head and another samaritan ask her why wouldn't she just cone to at least stay with them, this person was extremely rude and call us stupid for trying to help this poor elderly people. The don't treat the elderly people well. They acrully call them names and ignore them, they don't have any type of respect and any compassion.

There is no parking lot. You usually have to search a bit. Parking is harder to find around 9-11am especially Mondays and Tuesdays due to street cleaning. Parking is not easy to find.
