I called and asked for "parts." I was told this was a sewing machine company. I said yes, "parts please." Again told this was a sewing machine company. This went on 3 more times. I spelled P.A.R.T.S. I finally asked if they sell parts for sewing machines. I was told yes. I said what I was looking for with the part number, and was told immediately, NO. Not even a look up of the part like other industrial sewing shops would do. Apparently, this guy who didn't know what "Parts" meant, knew instantly ALL the parts in the entire store and also knew he couldn't order it.

Terrible customer service and your business should be avoided There is no mistake on the date in which I telephoned you. 7th November 2020 from the UNITED KINGDOM at 16.09pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) August is in the 8th month of calendar year not the 7th nor the 6th. You lack customer service and cannot take criticism. And still as an international buyer looking for help and just maybe wanting to make a purchase I would avoid your business.
