Room was not cleaned properly, found blond hairs in our bed, ( ours are black and short). Cup where coffee pot was used last time still in room, no stoppers for sink or tub. Something kept bitting us in bed, refrigerator didn't get cold, had to go get own clean towels.

This place is/was a dump. Had a 3 night reservation but canceled shortly after 1st night arrival. Old, outdated and NOT clean by any stretch of the imagination. Half or more of tv stations were so snowy as to be nearly unwatchable and TV was too small to begin with. Huge hair clog in tub drain plainly visible.

Pros- comfortable mattress. Cons- smell of cigarette smoke, mold on shower curtain & tiles, super thin sheets that didn’t fit, no blanket, thermostat on hvac didn’t work well. Supposedly “renovated” in 2019; that’s a stretch! The bathroom hasn’t been renovated in many years. No breakfast buffet as advertised, just a brown bag. (Fruit cup, granola bar, muffin & a water) We will not be coming back.

This was the worst stay we've ever had at a hotel. The three stars are coming from the customer service we received. Overall, the staff was great. First, our mini fridge was not working. They replaced it super fast and with no complaints. Next, our pillow cases had makeup stains. These were replaced as well. The bed was SO hard and had springs sticking out. Okay, no worries....it's only for two nights. The last straw for me was when I went to get into the shower and barely any water came out of the shower head. Only three of the holes on the shower head had water coming out and it was only mildly warm. NO HOT WATER. The little things usually don't bother me but when I couldn't take a shower I was really upset. I would not stay here again.
