We stayed here the week of July 4th. The room was great. Very clean, so clean it had zero smell with no perfume or fragrance smell. Nice balcony on the edge of the river. Staff was great. We'll be back again.

Awesome visit, room was very clean, comfy pillows Friendly and helpful staff that was knowledgeable about the area attractions and dining. Most loved of all is the view from the balcony over the river. Definitely would recommend this establishment..

This was one of my favorite places to stay on a 2+ week long road trip through national parks. The room was impeccably clean, the hot water and AC work great, very comfortable beds, walking distance to just about everything in Cherokee, and best of all, you have a balcony overlooking the river to sit on and relax. Also, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and made it clear when checking in that if I had any concerns (including complaints), to please let them know. The rooms have fridges, and there's free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby, as well as a microwave that the staff let me know I should feel free to use and make myself at home. Highly highly recommend and I'd honestly drive out of my way just to return to this hotel in the future.

A hidden gem. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony overlooking the river. It was so relaxing hearing the water and watching the families of geese and ducks go by. We were lucky enough to be there for the recent full moon eclipse and had a perfect view from the balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located very close to nature, shopping, restaurants and the casino. We will definitely return.
