Moshe Ratson has created a one-stop shop private practice that is able to handle all of your psychological, emotional, coaching, and consulting needs. His practice, spiral2grow Marriage and Family Therapy, offers a variety of therapy, counseling, and coaching to help individuals, couples, and families. He also has taken the time to provide additional therapy resources such as videos and blogs for his patients and visitors to explore the variety of topics and approaches within the psychological field. Moshe's experience, education, and approach to therapy help guide his clients to address their concerns and promote self-awareness, growth, and emotional well-being. 5-stars!

After calling around to find the best couples therapist in NYC. I came across spiral2grow and Moshe is amazing our relationship has become amazing again and it's all because of the couples counseling that we received. I was scared at first but I am happy we decided to book an appointment.

Questions & Answers

How long is each psychotherapy session? How often are they?

Naur Julius | Sep 29, 2020
spiral2grow Marriage & Family Therapy | Sep 29, 2020

Each session is 45 minutes in length. At the initial session, clients are asked to come in 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to review and complete standard intake forms. Sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly basis. Having weekly sessions gives the client(s) and therapist enough time to address issues in sessions and to process them afterwards, complete homework assignments and build momentum together. However, the client sometimes meet on a bi-weekly schedule due to family, work or financial issues. This can be discussed between the client(s) and therapist.

Do you accept insurance?

No, spiral2grow does not accept insurance. We believe that clients who do not go through their insurance provider have more freedom, less limits and more confidentiality. WE DO ACCEPT MOST INSURANCE COMPANIES AS OUT-OF-NETWORK PROVIDER. We will provide clients with the necessary form to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for their rules about therapy coverage and reimbursement.
