Not bad, my only observation is that the names of the food are not written or no name tags on the food which helps you tell what food it is, so customer who want to try something new can tell what they are trying. But I noticed the have the tags in the other area where the workers can see but not the customer lol. Like you guys are the ones providing the service you already know what you're serving. Please make some changes on that, you've got people coming from all around the world. Thank you

It has been so long since I have been to a Ponderosa the one in New York we use to go to closed for good so when I saw there was one right near our hotel we had to go. My daughter and I did the buffet and it was so good. They have so much great looking food. My favorite was the rolls with the butter on top I had 2 of them and the tacos and meatloaf it was all just so good.

Burke, party of seven. The restaurant is your typical buffet type restaurant, nothing great to write home about. It was clean and not overly busy when we dined. We all got just the buffet eventhou they have steak and seafood dinners. When they first seated us they wanted to split us up into 2 different tables that weren't even next to each other. Oh yes we'll sit here and you can put our kids all the way down there, not! The food itself was okay but there really wasn't enough variety for the price. The Taco shells for the taco station were cold and stale tasting. The fried chicken was good tasting but cold, and so on. If we go there again I think I'll pass on the buffet altogether and just get a dinner.

Ugh! First, there’s no theme here. Second buffet is very minimal compared to Golden Corral. Third, the steaks do not come with Buffet. So definitely right there, GC is better. Even the salad bar was minimalistic. Red onions without flavor. And so was the buffet in general. The pictures on the wall, not real folks. The food I saw there did not resemble any pictures online or there. The dessert area, very limited and abandoned it seemed. On the upside. They do offer a senior citizen discount [paid $10 for the buffet] and to be fair, the place was cleaner than GC. I was craving a salad bar, so my visit was based on impulse only. I had read the reviews, but had to try it myself. Afterall, no place could be as bad as GC. I was wrong. And yeah, the other reviews were on right on target. Flavorless food for sure. Now I understand why the staff bring their own food to eat at a restaurant. In New York, it’s the other way around.

Their breakfast has always been good. We travel to Florida twice a year and we always go to Ponderosa a couple of times. Carlos is the waiter and he is so attentive to our needs. Breakfast and dinner are always good there. I would recommend.
Yes you can buy a meal,& eat at buffet or just eat the buffet buffet FREE

If you are going to have breakfast it costs 8 dollars per head and it is Buffet. If you're going to have lunch or dinner, the cheapest is $ 12.
It is true with with the breakfast price. Its $7.99. Not sure what the price is for lunch or dinner.
Salad bar comes with the meals and taste better than your entree. And is about 1 or 2 dollars difference
