today I made an order as I always do but it turns out that I received a wrong order, then they charged me for my order which was 34 dollars when I called to say that they had sent me the wrong order they told me that it was my order number I told them that I had the recip and everything, but then they told me that is not my problem and they got angry and hung up on me, they did not know how to solve the problem thanks for your attention

Usually don't have a problem here, cashier is always nice and quick, most of the time she handles the food too. Today, I ordered first but received my order last. I understand its lunch time and its busy. The cashier even remembered my order and noticed I waited a long time. I asked about my order and the other lady said shes waiting on the chicken fries. Odd, all the non-asians ordering chicken fries received it before me but ordered after me! When the nice cashier noticed i was upset she handled my order and i saw a full tray of chicken fries!! 20 minutes later finally received my order. But the lady handling food made sure it took less than 7 minutes to get other orders out!

They allow you to wait on line Th err y are all wearing masks and gloves Bathrooms are closed to covid 19 which is beyond stupid You can order anything from the menu They have plexiglas in front of the cash registers No indoor dining Only outdoor seating and take home available for the moment The restaurant appears to be clean they have all the required safety equipment and the social distancing stickers and signs where required Staff was helpful and friendly Just got me mad that I couldn't go wash my hands before I are my food (in my car) Too cold to sit outside and eat They also offer delivery thru door dash and uber eats for additional costs Parking still hard to find It is Brooklyn so I guess get used to it
Because they haven't been closed. They're closed dine in, you can't even go in the store to place an order. Everything i believe is drive through but it may also be delivery only.
Randomly submitting an application with resume and then call about 3 days to two weeks after that to inquire about the application you submitted.
