Positive: The man who checked me in was outstanding and impressivly professional.  Then the daytime staff came in and they were totally incompetent, lazy, and rude. The young girl who just started could not help it, Promote Fontaine Negative: None of the outlets by the pool worked and the woman at the front desk was not at all helpful. Also, though the room was nice there were so many things in disrepair... Lights, dust in crevices of bathroom toilet tissue holder, etc. My receipt was wrong.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. All in my family said the bed were comfortable (not sure how since at home we are all different, but it's true). Good breakfast (power others in my party, i didn't try it).Should be a higher rated hotel. Negative: Nope, all was perfect

Positive: The room was clean which is something we can't say for hotels we've spent more than double the amount at. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet which is important to us. Negative: The main light switch for the room was broken so half of the room was dark but there were enough other lights working in the room to not make it a problem.
