Normally there are no parking restrictions, but be careful not to block any driveways.
It would be more respectful to arrive Tuesday after dark after the conclusion of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.
If they are nearby and will not be possible after the holidays, it is customary to enter even the custom of Chabad, the Rebbe replied
The regular bachurim minian is at 9.30. There are more minianim before and after
There are multiple areas to pray, the synagogue is active when 10 Jewish men get together to pray.
Please evoke much mercy from the source of mercy and kindness for followed by name and Mother's name
Yes. But keep in mind that you may have to queue long to get in.
You can go to www.ohelchabad.org and write a letter from there. There is also a app, look under Write To The Ohel.
Much/most of the time there are minach/arabic minyans
There is no subway. You can take the train to Jamaica and then a bus or Uber. There are buses daily from crown heights right outside the Kingston avenue stop of the 3 train. The bus goes daily at 10.30am and costs around $10 for a two way trip. There are also other buses from crown heights and from boro park and Williamsburg. Google ohel bus to see full schedules.
Lot's of street parking. But some days the Ohel is very busy and no parking available for many blocks around area.
I don't know I just was visiting
The Ohel is open 24 hours a day. You can really come anytime you want. Except in Shabbat stick is from Friday sunset to Saturday sundown.
Take the E (or J or Z) train towards Jamaica Center, get off at the last stop (Jamaica Center - Parsons / Archer), get off the bus onto Q84 bus, and when you reach 120th Avenue you need to get off at the station between 226th Street and 227th Street (after About 20 minutes drive), walk to 227th Street and turn right, continue one street until you reach Francis Lewis Boulevard. Chabad Ohel Lubavitch is the house across the road (number 226-20).

Recently there is also a regular minyan at 8.30, I have been several times and participated in the minyan.
As Dov Cohen answered. But at Ober, maybe less. There should be no problem in the evening
