If I could give this facility less than one star I would. I was in rehab for six weeks. Medication was often mixed up by evening nurses who seemed to come and go. Because of short staffing, I would sit in urine and bowel soaked diapers for over an hour. The food was inedible, I think my dog would turn away. I had a roommate who went down to 95 pounds at 5‘8“ tall. I Got two respiratory viruses during my stay and I tried desperately to stay masked at all times except when sleeping. I even had to go to the hospital at one point Please keep your loved one away from this torture chamber. PS as I left, they were being investigated by the New York State Department of health due to an outbreak of legionnaires disease

My mother was discharged last year 12/01/2021 as of September 2022 they are still receiving her social security check we have called we have visited so that they can send her her balance we have been avoided and have not rece4any funds from there . Nobody answers the phone my mother complained about being hit in this place that's why we pulled her out of there her room was dirty every time I came to visit her do not put your parents or any loved one in this place they will rob them

Resident Ambassador (Sharifa) is Awesome (5 stars for her, for sure) My mom has been there since end of March, and Sherifa is the only one I can count on for any access to my mother. No one else. I live out of state but will be back soon. Like all other facilities, nurses, therapists, aids, doctors, social workers, etc are overworked and underpaid including Sharifa, I am sure. Accesibility to doctors, nurses, aids, therapists, social workers, etc. is few and far between and leaving voicemails for anyone is totally ridiculous. You can leave a message but good luck getting a response. Even after several weeks. I understand, plenty of people to help but.... There are plenty of people there who seem to genuinely care. Multilingual staff is a great plus, as well. The facilities include gardens, birdhouse, activities, and a church right across the street so overall very good place if a place is needed. Nevertheless, Sharifa, handling all residents (I believe over 400+) has never let me down. She is AWESOME !!!! Thanks so much to you all !!!
