Rooms leave much to be desired and the location is right off the main road beside interstate 40 so there's plenty of vehicle noise to keep you entertained. Night time staff is rude and unhelpful. I witnessed the night clerk actually cuss at a young lady who was by herself in an unfamiliar town after midnight trying to get checked in but had issues with her reservation.

Positive: Vicinity to highway Negative: The listing said breakfast was included, but they had the lobby closed for COVID concerns. They charged me extra for my pets, which was fine, but they refuse to give me a receipt for that charge. We had 2 rooms and both bathrooms were in disrepair.

Late check in due to snow storm. The hotel is still requiring you to give the make, model and plate information for your vehicle. When going to the room I noticed that they have a least 10 old toilets outside. This is not what you want to see during your hotel stay. The room was warm and appeared to be clean. But found trash under the bed and a sock was on the floor from previous guest. The owners were rude and not accommodating. They refused to give a discount. The staff were friendly and understanding. Only two towels, hand towels and wash cloths in the room. Had to request more, one of the towels received was dirty. If it were not for the storm we would have went to another hotel.

Great place to stay. The room was Very clean and well stocked with a microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge, big TV, and work space! Super nice and helpful staff. Beds have very nice firm and supportive mattress. The pool was perfect my son loved it. This is a great place to get a great deal and a great nights sleep.
