Excellent experience. Rooms are clean and they don't smell like chemicals,old or anything funky. Everything worked. Breakfast was made early and was hot including coffee. The attendant came up to me personally and asked if I wanted more coffee. Great service and decent price at the time. Would recommend. Parking could be better IMO but nothing to worry about.

We have stayed at this hotel for years. This time there was a very large, very loud wedding group that was also staying at the hotel. Our rooms (2) were over the pool where the evening pre-wedding party was going on. The guests were drinking and partying until 2am. No one in our 2 rooms could sleep. 2 different employees at tge front desk couldn't have cared less that we were upset. The one employee flat out told me that "they have 40 rooms and you have 2 so you don't matter". We tried to call the corporate "24 hour, always answered" phone number. It was a recording that told us if we are current guests and had an issue at the hotel, then we should call the front desk. We will never stay here again.

Facility was well maintained but staff ruined my experience. Room was not clean, carpet so filthy that I had to wipe trash and dirt off the bottom of my feet after walking across the carpet. Cleaning staff left French fries and trash on floor. They left used open soap bar in shower. Breakfast had fewer items than most similar choice hotels and when I took a bite of my eggs I got the edge of a plastic bag in my mouth. I told breakfast attendant about it and she acted like she couldn’t care less. Not even an apology. I went to check out and to alert staff of my issues but after ringing the bell several times no one showed up so I just left. It’s time to make customer service a priority again I’m so tired of terrible service and everyone blaming Covid.

We stay here to visit family every year! Very clean and hospitable!! My favorite hotel in all of USA!!, by far! This place treats us as if we are family. We will see you soon! July!!! And this time I can't wait to show off my Sunka! Our newest member of our family will love this place too.
