Both the elevator and the escalator were out of service at 5 PM today. This place is supposed to be handicap accessible, but it was not accessible today. I'm handicapped, and I couldn't get into this subway station! Instead, my mother had to ask the NYPD to meet me there to assist me. (The police showed me an entrance on a different street that had a handicap ramp that led to my LIRR platform.)

Some of the glasses are broken, the booth people from the LIRR are really rude they think you’re supposed to know it all but people it’s not like that you’re supposed to be there to guide and help.

I have no clue where cooper sq is but i have heard it before but to get to woodside go on the (E) train from JC and go to Jackson hts Roosevelt av to the (7) and go sowntowd 2 stop. When your at woodside get a ticket and wait for your train the train you're wating foe is gonna propably gonna be a m7
