The architecture of the original bldg is something to see, architects dream and builders nightmare. Leaked bad, but sure was a unique structure. the new building and renovation of the old one enhances the ugly if that's what they were going for. Definitely not the usual for a government building.

I was so happy when it reopened. What a disappointment. It's just as bad as the other ones now. 10 windows and only 4 are open. Reminds me of Walmart. :(

One can no longer request that a form or a copy of a document be sent; instead the most minor request requires a personal visit to the clerks office. This is a huge waste of taxpayer time.
