Hello everyone first let me say that somebody sideswiped my car in New York City and when I went to work I didn't recognize my vehicle. Geico referred me to Sam Auto body who did wonderful work. So of course I thought that I needed a tune-up rotors front and back brakes I heard of a humming sound I just had all of these items on the list that I needed done. After I gave them my car guess what I didn't need none of those things done to my car they diagnosed they fixed my car they even cleaned it a little inside and out. The day I was supposed to pick up my car they called me early enough to say that they found another issue with my car and they fixed that also. My birthday was last week I called them and let them know I'm going out of town I cannot pick up my car until I get back to New York they held my car they did not charge. Lastly after I drove my car around the block yesterday I noticed a ticking sound I bought my car back guess what from driving on gravel a rock was caught inside the car and they kindly got it out. I thought that's something was broken. The intake lady is so professional sweet down to earth a phenomenal disposition you would think that you're giving your car to a therapist. I spoke to her and then I wind up speaking to the mother she is a comedian and they need her in that establishment and she has snacks for you this is a family. What I will say is please do not expect a car repair in the same day unless you want it an oil changed If I can give them a hundred Stars I would however a big thank you from me the owner of the Ford escape
