The personals on that office they are not definitely professional. They don't know how to speak to visitors and how to comport themselves when there is a misunderstanding. Last time they took the sample of my urine and put it in trash can full with trash. The ladi behind the office with the red sweater is very disrespectful

No way to contact them directly by phone if you need to find out information. You have to go in if you want to speak to a real person, which isn’t an option for many patients. It’s ableist and disrespectful.
