I had experienced a loud pop in my knee and deep pain in my thigh, knee, calf and numbness in my foot. I was visiting my daughter and felt fortunate to get an appointment with a local Dr.at this orthopedic office I met with the Dr and he said I had a hamstring tear or pull and to take Tylenol (I can not take advil) every four hours for a couple of days and rest your leg. He said it would be slow to heal, theee or more weeks. He took no images and did not suggest physical therapy. Four days later he pain in my knee was brutal and I felt there was something more to my injury. Went to get a second opinion, immediately said, “I believe you have two separate injuries, let’s schedule and MRI.” I had a torn meniscus and physical therapy would help. Glad I was taken more seriously by the second Dr. I can not recommend this office for Orthopedic Walk-in services.

The most difficult place to get an answer or a medical service. Very disappointing.

The Dr. I saw, was extremely rude. Especially after a motor vehicle accident. He made me feel less than and that my concerns were not valid. He brushed me off. Absolutely no compassion from Dr or staff. Staff Is probably the rudest staff I've even encountered in a doctor's office. There so rude about the mask and covid. Yet you have to check in on a computer that they don't clean. Nor do they offer wipes to clean it. And when asking the staff they were nasty and rolled eyes. The women who checked me out was even worse. Discussing behavior from an employee to someone who was hurting. I won't never send anyone I cared about to this office. I actually never write reviews but this experience was the wrost I ever had.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I brought my mother in for laser treatment for toe fungus today. I made the appointment last week, was assured that they did this treatment at the New Windsor location and told we must pre-pay $50 in order to make the appointment. Today at the appointment we were told they DON'T do this particular treatment, and that we would have to call the main office to request a refund. We are waiting for a callback from the main office billing department. In the meantime we feel we were scammed, and at the very least they wasted our time. They didn't even apologize. Stay away from this place.
