We recently bought our swim spa from Orange County Pools, and the experience was great. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed during the buying process, as well as following up after the delivery of our spa to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company if your in the market for a pool or spa!!

A Beautiful New Liner! Orange County Pools replaced our pool liner July 2022, we want to say Thank you, Pat and Ben from the front office, what ever they said they were going to do they did, Honest, Fair and the timing was great, at such a busy time, I never thought we would get it done this summer. When the day came to install it was 100 degrees and high humidity, Bill and Eric never stopped working, they were amazing workers, professional, courteous and so. Nice to deal with. They even came back the next morning for the last water truck to make sure all went well. Even when when I thought there was a problem, Pat sent someone over right away to check it out, but there wasn’t anything wrong. If you need a pool liner there’s no place else to go, don’t waste your time. We love these people and can’t say enough about them!

From 2022: OCP New Windsor replaced our pool vinyl liner in June 2022. The price was fair given the current market. The installation crew arrived as scheduled, and they worked quickly to get the job done and made repairs as needed. I felt they went above and beyond with the repairs. They even helped coordinate the water trucks to come in on a very busy day. One day—our pool was done in one day, incredible! About a week later a top part of the liner popped out and we notified OCP. They came out that day and repaired it. Haven’t had an issue since. Everytime we get our water tested now, we rarely have to shock or add other chemicals—the filter, liner, and robot they recommended to us are running like a dream team. We are enjoying a near perfect swim season, a first for us in our over 5-year ownership of this home. Highly recommend this business for their honesty, quality work, and great staff. From 2018: I can only speak for the New Windsor location. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have dealt with equipment breaking, filter issues, and now, ALGAE. Each time I come in, I am assisted and guided to the best tools I need to get the job done. They help you make smart purchases for your pool needs. They have even kept from me dropping $$$$$ on aquatic equipment that wouldn't have been helpful to my situation. If they were shady, they would have let me purchase it, but instead they educated me and gave great recommendations on the items and actions I needed to take, preventative and current. They saved me a lot of time and aggravation (online info is quite overwhelming!). So refreshing to have a business know their stuff and be more than willing to help even this most newbie pool owner. They even have a rewards program. Highly recommend! (Have a winter closing service scheduled in October--will update this when that is done!) Oct 8: closing service done in under 1.5 hours. The service crew was great, answered my questions, very knowledgeable and they gave me great advice on maintenance, and things to look out for during the winter and spring. The service was pricey to me ($425 for inground pool closings) but I guess that is what you pay for a service you could possibly do on your own. I can't-I have tons of knee problems so the price was okay for me to get it done, just a bit OUCH at the same time). As a first time pool owner, I'm clueless on what to do anyways so it worked for me. I hope to be able to do it on my own next year. I'd hire them if you unsure or unable to close your pool on your own.
