Fairly quick service even though they were busy. We eat breakfast there a lot on weekends. Waffles from waffle house and hash browns scattered, covered, smothered, chunked, diced, and topped are always tasty. If you want a quick, tasty breakfast at any time of day or night, Waffle is the place to go!

Absolutely terrible service. Came in at 8:30pm and was told the restaurant was closed. When I asked why a lady said she clocks out at 9pm and didn’t want to cook anything because she was already cleaning up. When I asked when the next shift would come in she said she didn’t know and didn’t care. I’ve never in my life seen a Waffle House closed.

The worst experience ever !! Me and my husband went to have dinner here last night and the cashier immediately declined us service before we even step foot in the door she stated she was too tired and needed a break and she was not taking our orders we can leave and come back later !! We was previously warned before entering the building, another customer was turned down and refused service because the cashier was too tired to do her job! Just lazy and rude we still tried to get her to at least take our order since all she had to do was write down the orders take the payment and pass it to the cook the rest of the work was his to do she still refused yelling and cursing at us telling us she not serving us and how we should just leave.. insisting on this break she needed which she still couldn't of tooken because she still had about 20 people she was already taken care of still inside the building..as we started to leave out we told her we was going to the manager she then stated so what , i don't care do what you want to do!! As we exit the building i was outside trying to get any information i can on her since she refused to give us her name i took a few pictures and even caught her making faces and sticking her middle finger up at us very rude and disrespectful i have never been mistreated so badly at a restaurant before.im pretty experienced in the food industry where customer service and hospitality is the most important aspect in the business..and this lady had none of them , i have no idea how she manage to get this job this is definitely not her field of work she doesn't know how to treat people at all I'm very disappointed and I hope that this horrible experience and lousy customer service wasn't because our ethnicity! Whomever the owner is needs to get a hold of this young lady and reevaluate her position and value to your restaurant because as of last night you have officially lost not one but two customer and no telling how many more before us! Terminate this chick ASAP

I would give it a 5 but our poor waitress was working alone. Her SECOND day working ENTIRELY alone. She cooked, she waited, she bussed- everything. ALONE in the building. She was wonderful!! But wow!
