Had to continuously call for nearly an hour due to a lack of knowledge of the dispatcher. We would receive a message stating the driver had arrived when in fact nobody had. The dispatcher did not verify the location so they were charging a ridiculous amount and we had to call again. Then we were told our wait would be longer due to their mistakes so I don't recommend using this taxi service if you have any type of appointment or time frame

most drivers are pleasant and friendly....some are not...dispatcher is a cranky old hag that lies thru her teeth and hangs up when she gets overwhelmed...then forgets to send a ride...i took a cab to do laundry and because the adress that my wife gave was 2 doors down from laundrymat they said they had to drop us at the location in the computer, so then im walking thru liberty with giant bags of laundry....i cant wait till someone opens a real car service and puts them out of buisness for good

They took a long time to answer and we're surely . Told me there was no taxis for at least an hour. Just not nice

I don’t like these company’s at all, there customer service is terrible, limited car availability I had to miss work numerous times because of lack of car rides or an extreme 2 hr wait for a cab.
