Left here to go to Caremount. Huge mistake. From the wonderful staff at the front desk to my nurse and can't say enough about Dr. Lombardi. Haven't had routine work in a long time and I get overwhelmed quick and frustrated. Not here. They guide you through the steps you need to do. And they refer you to places that are like them. Pleasant and helpful places. So glad I came back here.

One of the nurse practitioners refer me to a place that no longer has a dermatologist. Another one when I wanted to get my back pain checked out she said check out YouTube for your back I don’t know maybe you need surgery. No knowledge or help or refer to someone who can. Lastly my blood test was painful arm hurt days later.

HORRIBLE place. do not come here. made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, pregnant at 15 weeks and decided to look for an ob for co-care with my midwife. drove an hour just for the front desk to tell me because I made my appointment online, their system did not confirm my appointment with them and my doctor was actually out that day. I receive a text message the day before asking to confirm I would be there. put the blame on ME for using THEIR online portal. wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy.

It's horrible I arrived with my nieces and my Sister since 8 in the morning and they hadn't seen us after it happened at 3 in the afternoon. Because there was only one nurse. The staff at the place are friendly but in truth this place needs more people to be able to take care of all its patients.
