Apartments are being renovated and the downstairs ones are getting new washer and dryer sets. The price is insane but they except section 8 vouchers so that helps a lot.

This complex has been awful. My plumbing is having issues and there maintenance will say the job was completed but nobody even showed up to fix the problem. Mold in our closet and the staff taking almost a whole month to deal with it. Leaky ac units that they take months to fix. Trying to make us pay rent when the repairs that were reported still haven't been completed. This whole apartment complex is working on fixing how it looks on the outside but mot how the tenants feel at all. I wouldn't recommend living here unless you are desperate because this is ridiculous

This complex has been difficult to deal with. The cost of the place is astronomical when you consider we have no amenities really and the apartments are not updated. After we first moved in, the floors literally peeled up from the flooring and now we are just walking on concrete in spots. It looks horrible and maintenance just said they’d fix it after we move out. I was frustrated. They are doing beautifying projects on the grounds, but the maintenance team doesn’t ever pick up trash. We literally found a huge butcher knife on the playground and there’s always trash piled up on the playground where children play. Also, on top of your base rent, the tack on fees such as an amenity fee, pest control, pet rent, trash pickup, etc. it’s like over a $100 more on top of the rent. It’s ridiculous. Their latest money grab has been to start charging visitors for parking—-ALL VISITORS. I’m a disabled blind person and my mom comes to provide my transportation and help me with daily tasks that I need assistance with. I called to see if she had to pay, because I don’t think she should have to and they basically gave me a form for my doctor and told me it was up to corporate to see if it would be approved. They also gave me an option to get on the wait list for a preferred parking spot ($25 per month) when I already purchased one so why can’t she use that one???? I am outraged over charging visitors. Overall, I’m miserable here and so not recommend.

Thieves who quote one a cheap rent and then find ways to jack it up more than $120 --- well more than 10%. The place is poorly taken care of and basically 100% of the amenities they brag of are a joke. Avoid if you can. EDIT: Tried to buy me off by calling after I posted this review. They didn't, however, do anything about the problems with the place. Liars and scammers.
