I called this apartment complex over a week ago to set up a tour like the website said and no one answered even though I called during their open hours. That’s fine except I left a message and they haven’t even attempted to call back after over a week. As a business professional this is absolutely comical because it is just so rude and unprofessional. Good luck trying to get residents when you can’t even answer your phone. This is basic etiquette for any kind of business but also just etiquette for humans. I can’t stop laughing. Btw no other apartment complex has done this to me except for this Parr Investments company. What a joke.

manager albert is a racist, irresponsible and rude , he does not keep his word and as if that were not enough the same day of the move he gave me a dirty apartment with stained carpet and insects on the edges and said he was 8 years old in the business and that no apartment was delivered clean the siling is dirty cabinets was stain refrigerator has dents microwave was dirty I pay almost 2000 dollars for moving and I could’nt doing !!!!!

I have been living at Providence Pointe a little over there years. I have really enjoyed living here. The management team is very nice. It is quite. The pool and the grounds are very well maintained. The maintenance team is very good also. The are really on top of there job.

I have been here at Providence Pointe for a little over 3 years and I simply love it here. Ladies in the front office (Ashley and Jennifer) are both professional and friendly) Maintenance staff is top notch and are always available if you have repairs, questions or concerns. Apartments are very well maintained and insulated too. My utility bills have not increased.I am very happy to be a resident here at Providence Pointe and I highly recommend this apartment complex to all.
