Don't live here! Poorly managed, or more accurately, not at all. Management creates hostility amongst neighbors because of their inability to manage. Current Management inherited the business due to the passing of the previous owner and its painfully obvious that current Management doesn't have a clue of what they are doing! Hence the creation of hostility among us poor saps who live here thinking this was a nice place to Live. It is not. Also, the water is disgusting and barely treated to make it safe for drinking and washing. Underground pipes break frequently because they are very old and have never been replaced. Management will tear up your yard to patch the pipes (never actually fix it!) And never repair the damage done to the yard. I am a first time homeowner and was excited for this journey but it has been nothing but a nightmare since signing my life away for the next 20yrs.

To my knowledge it is against park rules to rent trailers. The trailers are purchased and the lots are rented from the park.
