This company really went downhill since we started using them. Last time I noticed that the technician came to spray outside in the rain so everything got washed away. Then I called to schedule them to spray inside and outside for stink bugs that were already everywhere. Despite receiving an email confirmation for the spraying, the technician who arrived said he was there for mice not stink bugs (which we did not have an issue with) and left. I called the company and after being on and off hold for 45 minutes they said they didn’t have anyone available for the outside and couldn’t confirm a time for inside. They said that someone can come within the next two weeks to spray outdoors which is infuriating because I took a day off work for this. Very impersonal service and they are not the low cost option, so I would expect better. Looking for a different provider.

I have used JP McHale for years and was surprised to see so many negative comments from neighbors on Nextdoor but I can say for sure that this is not the same quality company that I started with years ago.

Thanks for covering half my car w/ whatever you use to kill wasp nests. Great way to start my day - going to the car wash and being late for work to remove what I would equate to Portland cement dust off half my vehicle. All your staff had to do was ring my door bell and I would have gladly moved my vehicle to give them room to work. In addition your door card said the crew would be back in one week to remove the nest, We are now going on day 12 and the nest is still there.

We’ve been using them since we moved to westchester and they’ve been great. Prompt service, knowledgeable staff who take the time to explain treatments and their services. They got rid of a nasty hornets nest for us last summer. Highly recommend them.
