I had my first inspection/extermination service from Arrow recently. The technician was very respectful and polite. He made sure to explain the process to me and didn't seem to mind how weirdly interested I was in insecticide. I used to do my own pest control since I lived somewhere that neglected it, so I was excited to see a professional at work! They also offer pest control between quarterly appointments if needed at no extra cost. So far, I have seen dead roaches, but no living ones!I look forward to future treatments with Arrow.

paid $500 for rodent extermination. provided daily visits for a week and then told me i was all set. a few weeks later the problem returned. didn't even give me an insight to where problem is. came out again a few weeks later and said problem was gone again. problem still not gone and have to use different company. excuse was that they were busy. don't continue to take on new customers if you are that busy. canceling my quarterly services and have to go to a different company. frustrating.

On the bottom of each graph there is a key to what these "codes" mean. PHD means Possible Hidden Damage, PPB means Powder Post Beetles, DT means Dryood Termite and WDF means Wood Decay Fungus. Please read all of the report that you have been given and call your realtor with questions and concerns since they should have a copy too. The inspectors name should be on the report as well so you can call the office and have the inspector call you back directly to answer your specific questions.
