Went in to exchange a few shirts that I purchased online. All I wanted was to exchange from a Large to a Medium. Tamara wanted to charge me the difference because they were a different price in the store. I asked her, "Why do I have to pay when I'm doing an even exchange?" She said with an attitude, "We don't do even exchanges." I took my stuff and went to the Galleria location guess what they did an even exchange without a problem! Tamara you are rude, you don't even smile or greet the customers. Thanks for wasting my time.
