If I could guve it lower, I would. Good luck getting ahold of them. They didn't send the prescription that keeps me from absolute debilitating pain. Now, they say that they sent it but, the pharmacy says that they didn't. The pharmacy finally stopped trying to reach them since they can't seem to reach them, either. No answering machine or voice mail option when calling them and they rarely answer the phone. So, good luck getting in touch with them. 15 calls in and still no luck. It just says no one answered and dumps the call. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have a voice mail service and someone to return the calls?? Would save them so much time with simple questions like, is my appt 9 or 930? Instead, they called 3 times and texted because we missed the call and didn't get an answer to confirm. We can't get thru to confirm! No one answers.

Quiet honestly, I had not have the whole experience with it, but so far, there is a problem in communications with the staff, long waiting times, they had to cancel an appointment for my mom in the same day and then rescheduled after 2 months, if you call to confirm, they never answer and rarely call you back, when they finally answered to confirm it was only 2 hours before the appointment, when we went there we were given papers to fill that took us an hour to finish, receptionist was rude and not helpful, she was talking on phone with her boyfriend and not trying to help, when we finally saw the doctor he was friendly and spend time to check my mother and went over her medical history then he ordered X-ray test for a week after and lab work for 2 months after, I don’t not know why that long, now we are sitting here waiting around an hour to do the X-ray and they made me late to work, I will update my review when I have the full experience

If I could give a zero star I would …. I’ve been calling for a refill on medications for 3 weeks with no call back now I’m in so much pain can’t even change my babies diapers :( … this is the second time this has happened in 5 months
