Worst Medical Facility... Be careful they will just take your money and also send the bill to your insurance with services they never did.

I've been trying to contact them for over a month and they NEVER answer. Today, after I left another message they called me back but they told me they did not take my insurance. Unfortunately, there are not many Rheumatology doctors in this area, so I had to insist in this one. This review is not related to the doctor himself since I never saw him, but he is part of the problem if he does not hire competent people or an answering service to provide at least an answer when patients call.

Been going to this office since March , my honest opinion is stay far away from this office. I have had nothing but problems since day 1. I was originally referred to Dr. Nimesh Dayral, MD. I couldn’t see this doctor do to my insurance but could see in his practice Mariangeli Arroyo-Avila. I waited 6 months to get in this office to repeat all my bloodwork all over again. Had to get another referral and when you call the office no one answers the phone and when you leave a message they don’t call you back. Scheduled another appointment to repeat follow up bloodwork and couldn’t find it in the system my bloodwork.Been waiting 3 appointments ago for them to straighten out medications through my insurance with the proper dosage and it will go thru my insurance. Next appointment X-rays of my foot which I had to get done there which cost me more when I could of gone somewhere else for cheaper. There today for the results and was told for safety reasons my children can’t be there with me and I walked out. Really???

They are all very professional. The girls at the front are very attentive. The nurses and doctors are excellent professionals. And above all they have staff who speak Spanish. They are all very friendly.
