We had some rough service and food here about 6 months ago but we dared Shari's again and it was great! Our waitress Amanda was super helpful and friendly, which we really appreciated, especially since last time. The food was good, we got a lot for a decent price and all the waitresses spaced other guests out well which I personally like. I got to enjoy a great meal and a good time here with my husband. Amanda definitely contributed to eating here being a good experience.

Andree at the Fairview location is one of the hardest working waitresses that has ever served me. She hustles to ensure every customer is taken care of when she is the only one in the floor working. I wish there were more servers with her work ethic! Andree thank you for always serving me and my friend with a smile. It is always a pleasure to have you serve us! Thank You

Manager was friendly. There were only 4 other tables with customers there, but our waiter forgot to take our order. Never came back for drink refills or to see how the food tasted. We waited quite a while for a check but he never came, so we just went up front. Patty melt was great. Fish and chips was kinda gross.
