LACANDIANCE SKINNER is one of the best employees at the facility. LACANDIANCE goes out her way for the residents and their family members. She is very professional and is a people person. She always do just what she says she going to do. She makes you feel at ease cause I know she will handle it once she is notified.

The staff at Hearts harbor are really making improvements. The director of nurses is extremely helpful and i wouldn’t have my loved one in any other facility

My grandfather was a resident there and everyone was awesome! The DON prayed with my family. The unit managers were great. They really care about their patients.

I worked there we never had supplies The DON feels it's ok to yell and belittle staff and when had emergency and asked for help never came to floor. It became a hostile when labs and corporate didn't care. Had to leave as energy day felt my license was on the line
