I use them for my business printing needs and never have complaints about what I've received in the years working with them. the only error I ever had was them accidentally printing an extra 100 business cards that they gave to me for free with my paid order. Great place for any printing needs.

0 stars. Literally never shopping with them again no wonder everyone goes to Amazon these days. This company does not keep their customers informed of their orders. Other issues as well but I’ve already spent too much of my time so I’ll share just one. If you have a gift card you can’t purchase online as they say you can they really need to look at their business flow and actually act as if they are a customer to see all the areas of opportunity. When you are forced to make your purchase in store because their website doesn’t have a place to enter your gift card as they say they do, you’d think that they’d have trained their associates on how to order something that is online not in their store. Not the associates fault- the company is slacking. Once I discovered I was not receiving my order took 45 minutes to figure out where it was and why I didn’t receive it. The customer service reps ended up locating and clarifying the issue, sending out replacement order, they acknowledged my frustration said that they would submit feedback to the company. I appreciate them and their follow through. They didn’t take anything personally and was kind and professional. Will still never shop there again. Staples and Amazon is far more competent and on their game.
