I go to this location on a weekly basis and the older lady at the front is regularly rude to people. She’s been rude and made snide remarks to me and I have heard to do the same to other customers. I used to work for cvs and know customer service can be hard but I have never witnessed this type of behavior on such a regular basis. She certainly needs some further training on professionalism.

The lady was very rude not pilot at all some off the worst service I had from a pharmacy have .Especially the old white lady working the counter at 12:24 today. Never will come here again better off going downtown Pinckney or Brighton if u want good customer service.

very clearly not a cvs. someone at Google needs to fix this before more people get lost!

Staff is friendly but highly overwhelmed. Either there's an issue to where they didn't receive my prescription (even though it was sent over hours or even days before, then suddenly it's "oh, we JUST recieved it..."), or it's not ready yet …
