I mean let be realistic about what this place is. It's big boy. Are we reviewing the high quality food and beverages. No we are not. Are we reviewing the amazing decor and beauty of the surrounding areas no. The staff is kind and attentive. The food was prepared how I requested. The drink cup stayed full. Everything was as expected and service was good. 5 stars.

This is an old story, but upon arrival to pick up an order,they had no idea that there was an order. Meanwhile one of the waitresses giggling on about forgetting to get an item for one of her customers who had to come all the way up to the counter to get it. This place is going downhill fast and I find it sad. Years ago, big boy used to be my go-to place to eat. It had decent food, you could sit down and be waited on, and the prices were reasonable. I wouldn't recommend this place to any one.

A family friendly environment, terrific cuisine, and an excellent server made my trip to Michigan memorable. Brittney was friendly, polite, patient, and kind towards my family and she always asked us if we needed anything.
