I had been shopping at Canada's for years before I even had a single bad experience. I wrote a review of that ONE unpleasant interaction, and deducted one star from an otherwise 5 star review. Within 2 days of writing down my grievance; I was contacted by the store manager. He asked me about my experience. He told me about a recent team meaning to address the issue, and their plan outline to work with their employees ensure top quality service. The next time I went in to the store everything was back to the extremely high-quality customer service I had come to expect from their friendly, knowledgeable staff. These people know their stuff and are helpful, and fun to work with. Go in. Check 'em out. They really strive to be the best around. ...and they are.

Plexiglass screens, frequent sanitizing/ cleaning of surfaces, spacious interior for lots of space and everyone is required to wear a mask. All employees are screened for COVID symptoms at the beginning of their shift.

They have constantly have deals and specials, plus top shelf vs bottom is going to effect prices. I will say they have a really nice shop and a huge selection.
I know from experiences there, that the bud tenders are super helpful, polite, and patient with every customer. Speech is free but not without consequences so please remind your girlfriend that she can say whatever she wants but there are consequences for bad behavior.
Prices vary for a multitude of reasons however I can tell you from experience that Canna Daddy has some of the best prices in town and you can go on the website and see what the daily deal is because they have things on sale every day.
