The staff are amazing at this post office. Especially during the winter when they are dealing with long lines and rude customers, they are unfailingly polite and courteous. I admire their patience, speed and competency.

drove over an hour to passport appointment. My Son missed school. They sent the clerk to lunch because I was 5 minutes late. I was there in time for the second appointment which I requested to have. They didn’t honor it.

Actually the answer is no. A post office will assist a person to get a new passport but for a renewal you're on you're own. No idea why?

Yes. Once a day by 12 noon, Monday thru Saturday

How do I inform you that the last two days I have received the wrong mail. Each day was a different address in the mail slot. I do live in a community where the mail is centralized into mail slots in one place.
