Nice place. Didn't quite feel welcome by the full time residents, but understandable. Nice pool.

This an RV and trailer resort, it is Not a Hotel. A mixture of permanent residents and snowbirds. It is an older resort. It was at 100% full capacity (2022)

We’re open with 95 % of facilities fully restored. Tennis and pickle ball replaced, just awaiting fencing......soon!! Rec Hall reopens this weekend or Monday the 22nd!

As far as I know the residents at IBE own their property. However, I've noticed that there are a lot of smaller motor homes as well as long term dwellings. Keep in mind, I'm a TV and Streaming service contractor and I've only been in touch with my customers. You should call the office and get details though. They will be happy to answer some questions. They are good people.
