We had fried shrimp which was good, but nothing special. This place has been around forever and the building is in terrible condition - I recognize that as a fish “camp,” it may not be pristine, but it is time to tear this place down. Just felt like entire place was filthy. Better options for great seafood are nearby.

I was a little disappointed honestly. It has a nice atmosphere and vibe, very friendly staff too. We ordered the shipwrecked shrimp as an appetizer and I will say that they are amazing! I ordered a combination plate with fried shrimp and fried scallops with cheese grits and a baked potato for sides. The shrimp were good and the baked potato was good. I did not like the scallops nor the cheese grits. My friend ordered Cajun fried shrimp and flounder. Her order came out wrong and it was taken care of quickly by our waitress. My biggest complaint was the price. It was a very expensive meal that I just felt ‘meh’ about. When I spend that kind of money dining out, I want to be completely impressed and I want to tell all of my people about the experience. I’m not feeling that way about this place. Maybe I just came on an off day…idk. Bottom line for me…too much money for the quality and quantity of food you get.

No they don't take reservations. But if you let them know how many's in your party; they will accommodate you. We had a party of 13 and they were wonderful with accommodating us.
They have a big circus tent set out in the parking lot for you to eat. Inside seating is not available yet. There are heaters outside in case the weather is chilly. Food is on point as usual. Ask for Nikki best server ever
My son-in-law is in the Navy and when I visited one time I was taken there. The food was so good. It is now a must to eat there when visiting.
We've been here before and it was great! We went tonight at 8p.m. and they had just closed, their site lists closing at 9p.m. Maybe they were slow and decided to close early, I don't know, but I was disappointed...😕

They did some remodeling and then got ensnared in being brought up to current code (which they were built long before). I believe they're waiting on the completion of fire sprinkler installation to reopen, probably sometime this month.
