Are dogs allowed in the outside seating area?

To my knowledge no unless it is a service animal.

Im not sure but I do not think so, maybe service dogs? They have cats that are all over the parking lot and in the restaurant so I'd think that brining a dig would be a no go

I'm pretty sure they don't but if it's a service dog they might. But might want to call them first. There are cats that have free realm around the area. I have not seen one inside but out front and on the back porch. I would just call ahead of time.
