Dr. Gray made me feel at home the minute he walked into the room. He talked as if we'd known each other awhile. He didn't rush. He took time. He inquired. He thoroughly explained. He is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Gray to anyone, in the Orlando area, looking for a Primary Care Physician. You will not be disappointed.

Like what I like

Everything changed for the good when they changed to the nice lady at the front desk. It used to be the nice, and I am sure well meaning young man seemed to never be able to answer calls. Now, the front desk is a nice lady with a professional, helpful, attitude, that for some reason seems to handle the job a lot better. The doctor is detailed in his assessment and the new either PA, or NP named Thuy is incredible. The other staff is helpful when needed and they seem to cover for each other unlike other offices. This doctor and office should be at the top of your list when deciding where to get medical services. Telemed and email services are very helpful also. They take the time each patient needs, so sometimes it is a quick visit, and sometimes I am there for a little bit, but good care is hard to come by and they don't seem to provide this and with efficiency and friendliness to boot.
