Dr Leon’s office notified me after I had my labs done 3 weeks ago to tell me I had a UTI and they called in a script and had ordered a repeat U/A with my lab. I went to the lab and there was no order. I called her office and listened to music for 35 minutes before a person picked up. They transferred me to someone who was confused because she said there was no chart note about any of the above. After being put on hold she told me the order had been faxed. I waited another 15 min and it never came through. The lab said I would have to make another appt. Thirty min later the lab called to tell Me they finally got the fax and Dr Leon’s office had ordered all of the labs I just had done 3 weeks prior. Obviously there is a problem. I’ve only been to the office once but …. I worked for 25 years in a medical practice and I know things fall through the cracks but nothing to this extent
