Hampton Inn Goshen

This was our second visit to Goshen for an annual event and we liked the Hampton so much last year, we booked it again this year. We enjoyed clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast buffet. Plus, the prices are fair and don't blow the budget.

Overall the hotel is a little worn. Room temps were comfortable but seating was worn and stained. Bathtub/shower was very noisy when moving around in it. Elevator wasn’t working. Access from side building door wasn’t working. Breakfast was over cooked and not plentiful.

Some (hotel?) women woke us up with loud voices and laughter at 4:00 AM, and never stopped until 8:00 AM. There was no intervention from the front desk to reduce the noise for the sake of the hotel visitors, so our morning was ruined. Such a shame!

Lobby wasn’t clean. The tables and floors seem to still have food on them from the past breakfast or could’ve been from the past week of breakfast. Tables had old spilled food all over the place , the breakfast attendant didn’t clean the breakfast stations and floors well they were in extremely rough condition the 2nd floor floor moved and creaked under your feet as you walked …. This was not a hotel with good management at all !!!
