I order fairly regularly from this Pizza Hut and I tend to stop and pick it up. It's always ready when promised and hot, fresh and delicious.

I was at work and I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, however they never delivered the pizza. Never actually got anything back but a text saying that my pizza is delivered. The whole entire staff decided they wanted pizza so they put in an order as well, my order was put in from 6pm was supposed to arrive at 8:30 to no avail no call nothing just a text saying that my delivery was on the way never got it my team lead came back with their pizza saying that they canceled the order I then called and the store whoever picked up the phone he was very disrespectful and defying terrible experience. The guy who works there now did not give his name he refused & said he no obligated to get me any information.

Placed on order on a Sunday at 6:30 pm. Delivery orders are able to be placed until 7, and then the store closes at 8. At 9 pm I still have no food, the store never contacted me, and calling the store goes straight to a machine saying they are closed. Looking at other reviews, this location should be placed under new management or shut down.

Ordered my pizza for delivery and it said 45 minutes, it been over an hour and it was sent to door dash so of course it took longer and now it’s cold! This is how it came!
